Product introduce:
Wedge Anchor, is used for transmission and per plug-in installation. While tightening six hexagon nuts, the conical head of the bolt is pulled into the expansion pieces, making the expansion pieces expanded and pressed against the wall of the drilling hole. This series of products are produced, referring to international standards.
Product feature:
The longer thread interval makes a variety of thicknesses of anchorage possible,

- When the diameter of the anchor is 8mm to 16mm or meets the steel bar during the installation, the depth of the drilling hole can be decreased,
- Anti-seismic, anti-aging, high-temperature resistance, weather resistance, resistance to fracture.
How to Install :
- Drill a hole in the base material using a carbide drill bit of the same diameter as the nominal diameter of the anchor to be installed. To ensure a proper and secure fit, the hole drilled in the concrete should be the same diameter as the thread on the concrete wedge anchor.
- Drill the hole to the specified embedment depth and blow it clean using a compressed air blower or a brush. Overhead installations need not be blown clean. Alternatively, drill the hole deep enough to accommodate embedment depth and dust from drilling.
- Assemble the anchor with a nut and washer so that the top of the nut is flush with the top of the anchor. Place the Welfast Wedge Anchor in the fixture and drive into the hole using a hammer until the washer and nut are tight against the fixture. The anchor must be driven until at least six threads are below the surface of the fixture.
- Tighten the nut to the recommended installation torque.
